1. Exchange Policy

  • Exchange requests can be placed within 3 days of delivery.
  • Jewellery must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
  • Exchange is allowed for size issues, color issues, or product change (subject to availability).
  • Exchange shipping charges are borne by the customer.

2. Return & Refund

  • We offer Store Credit Only for returns. No cash refunds.
  • Return request must be raised within 3 days of delivery.
  • Store credit is issued once the product passes our quality check.

3. Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Earrings (hygiene reasons)
  • Customized / personalized jewellery
  • Sale or discounted items
  • Gift items or free products

4. Conditions

  • Product should be in the same condition as delivered.
  • All tags, invoice, and original packaging must be included.
  • Used, broken, or damaged products will not be accepted.

5. Process

  1. Contact our customer support on WhatsApp / Email with your order details.
  2. Our team will verify your request.
  3. You will be asked to ship the product back to us.
  4. After inspection, your exchange or store credit will be processed within 2–4 working days.

6. Damaged / Wrong Product Received

  • Share an unboxing video within 24 hours of delivery.
  • We will provide a free replacement in such cases.
